Correcting Adam & Eve’s Sin, so as to remove
obstacles that would prevent God's Spirit from manifesting in the souls of their descendents.
Adam showed himself to be more interested in the status
quo than Eve who risked all of our lives to evolve to become like God.
Whether our common
mother did this for vanity is an issue, but her impetus to fulfill humanity’s goal to be “tzellem Elokim”
and God's representative "k'dmotainu" (Genesis 1:26-27), i.e., in the image of God, is more important.
The great Torah
scholar, Rabbi Samson Raphael Hirsch explained that God commanded Adam not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and
evil (Genesis 2:17). Eve was created after Adam received this command (Genesis 2:22). When she replied to the satanic query
of the serpent, she replied that the Divine command included that it was forbidden to eat or touch the fruit of the tree in
the middle of the garden (Genesis 3:3). She did not indicate that she had been told that there was a tree of knowledge or
if there were other trees in the middle of the garden which were not prohibited. Rabbi Samson Raphael Hirsch said that Adam
created the first “fence” around a Torah law. This is the typical way the Jewish law evolved, but as I have been
pointing out, adding or subtracting from the written law is clearly forbidden (Deuteronomy 4:2; Deut. 13:1; Joshua 1:7).
Under the clever
temptations of the satanic serpent, the first woman probably noticed that she didn’t die upon touching the fruit and
so continued on to place it in her mouth.
The future, i.e.,
our history, is filled with man’s distrust of women, but not distrust of himself as the unrepentant editor of God’s
Torah laws. Witness to this is every religion mankind has established.
Mankind is filled more with the fear of failing
to comply with manmade laws than with the courage that Eve had to remove all obstacles to becoming like our Creator !
“Only
be strong and very courageous, to observe to do according to all the law, which Moses My servant commanded thee; turn not
from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest have good success withersoever thou; goest. This book of the law
shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according
to all that is written therein; for then thou shalt make thy ways prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Have
not I commanded thee? Be thou of good courage; be not affrighted, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord
thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest (Joshua 1:7-9)!
Well
take a good look at your cartoonish image, filled with fears, obsessions and compulsions. Isn’t it as obvious to you
as it is to the rest of the world that God is neither with you all the time and everywhere nor is He manifesting in your souls?
Rather than strengthen your veneer of piety, hadn’t you better let loose you arrogance so that your behavior might allow
God’s Holy Spirit to find an entrance way into your souls so the experience of genuine illumination, might entice you
to make the quantum leap to remove all obstacles from your souls which prevent God’s Spirit from entering and manifesting
in us individually and as the chosen nation of Israel and then Yeshurun (Deuteronomy
32:15; 33:26-29)?
To
the so-called liberated Jewish orthodox women I would like to say that I acknowledge the justification of your spiritual search
apart from the obviously warped eddies and mainstreams of religious establishments. However, your purpose should not be fueled
by the venom which will lead your efforts to failure once again. You have plenty of genuine spiritual and biblical territory
which us men folk have ignored, misinterpreted and failed at actualizing; for you to pick up and apply your intellects and
intuitions to resolving for the benefit of yourselves, your offspring and us men who genuinely love you. Let’s work
together in ways which God will bless by doing as Eve desired, which was to become like her Maker and not like her adversary who enticed her to our destruction.
Regarding the responsibility of men to be zachars (male = remember), we have to depart from the
indoctrinated cartoonish character of the victimized, nervous, toe tapping shlemiel and finally take on God's spiritual image
and represent Him. The wisdom, understanding, knowledge; mercy, force, harmony; foundation, glory and victory and majesty
are shared spiritual territory for us to work on with all speed and diligence. And remember - our lives depend on our success
in removing all obstacles from incorporating God's Spirit into our personal, social and civic lives.
Women, you are nekevah, i.e., you are subliminally on line with God's Spirit and intentions (kavanah).
And as man's (and memory's) helpmate, you are to remind us to be true to our divine souls. No fears, no worries, no whining,
no negativities are to plague us, or draw near to our souls. We are compliant servants, victorious due to our virtue
and faithfulness to God's Torah - His true, written Torah which He gave to Moshe our true Rebbe.
We don't care a hoot what anyone thinks of us or our nation, because soon enough our enemies will
quickly learn to fear us and serve us because we are God's representatives who finally throw off the insanity that has been
our way of life and joined with our Maker in His quest to make the planet earth His dwelling place. We will now demonstrate
how to obtain the blessings of our God. The world has already learned from us how to obtain the curses. We will be the
nation all good people join forces with to destroy evil and ensure freedom to dwell in peace and harmony with our Creator.
Our
music too will change from the pompous, obnoxiously arrogant hazanoot, the desparate whines for the coming of the moshiach
and the crazed, frenetic charade of gaiety to the jubilation of victorious, holy warriors whose lust for the true life with
our Creator spills from our hearts to our voices and rings throughout our communities. No more will our songs and music evince
the denial that our lives are not really awful. Everything is not fine with Israel, but it will be as soon as we join our
Creator through compliance with the Torah of Moshe. Our spiritual leaders will be our bravest warriors whose bullets strike
true to destroy our enemies. Our soldiering will be admired and our whining, victims' wail will be a shameful episode of the
quickly fleeting past.
