OPEN LETTER TO ISRAEL’S LEADERS
In the desperate hours in which Israel faces a hostile world, while malevolent
forces target her; desperate action may avert a prophesied and expectable destruction or holocaust.
Achdut is much more than unity, which is indispensable enough. Achdut is brotherhood which is an eternal Divine
commandment. More than any other nation, Israel has the capacity for brotherhood. We all listen to the news like a big family.
We all take care of each other in emergencies or in the army. We know the action and I believe we know the feeling of brotherhood.
Part of our mission is to make brotherhood the underpinning of capitalism. We must now be brothers and sisters in civilian
life during the ordinary affairs of our lives. This is a critical requirement for Israel’s survival. Who is right and
who is religious and who is or isn’t a Jew and which halachah is right, is only relevant today if we all lived in a
mental institution where the Roman’s have the key. However, in this world in which the miracle of the reestablishment
of the resurrected State of Israel is under our leadership, it is our solemn responsibility to be absolutely certain that
we do not make the same critical mistakes which led to our destruction and dispersion. So far there is not one Jewish or Israeli
leader who grasps this truth !!! This is extremely dangerous in this hour when the world is orchestrating our demise.
If you doubt the gravity of this warning, keep in mind that our Prophet Jeremiah asked God to spare us from the Babylonian
exile. All God asked for in that final hour was for Jeremiah to find ONE MAN who was righteous and looked for the truth (Jeremiah
5:1). Who do you think can be that one man ? As for me, I was born in a DP camp after WWII and there never was anything more
important than the truth about what is good for Israel. Strangely enough, I have become that one man, but all my efforts have
been sabotaged, mostly be orthodox professors. Yes, it’s a sorry state of affairs and I don’t expect this overture
to be of great influence now. Still, one never knows if God won’t move the stoney hearts among you to see the truth
- and act on it as well !! And so I keep on trying.
Here is another existential issue with which Israel MUST GRAPPLE
: Who was Jesus. Yes, I know your responses. They were the same responses I made at the sound of this name. The difference
is that excavating through the rubble of brainwashing is how I learned the truth. And my brainwashed responses to things -
as comfortable as they were - were less important than finding the truths which would free and save Israel from our cycle
of destruction, redemption and destruction. We have a serious God, who definitely insists on our full compliance with
His laws. And make no mistake, they are not the same laws as those the rabbis brainwashed us to accept.
We are
going to have to explore this reality by comparing our rabbinic laws to those in the written Torah. And we will have to evaluate
our rabbis' performance in the context of our tragic history - something the rabbis refuse to do !!! They won’t
even accept that the holocaust was a punishment because it makes them and their massoret (tradition) look bad.
Now
for the issue of Jesus. Albert Einstein said that you can’t fix a problem with the same consciousness that caused
it. So let’s step out of our comfort zone for a moment. He was a Jewish rabbi named Yehoshua. He was from Nazareth and
while he could have been the messiah as others in that day could well have been too; he was not. Not only did the events surrounding
the messiah’s coming not take place, i.e., liberation from foreign domination, return of the exiles, rebuilding the
Temple, his governing the world from Jerusalem, the nations of the world coming to Jerusalem to worship during Sukkot, the
liberation of all the planet from oppression, and the manifestation of the utopian vision of the brotherhood of mankind; but
just the exact opposite occurred. Israel was destroyed, our Temple and Jerusalem were destroyed, we went into exile for almost
2000 years and our enemies continued to oppress and brutalize us.
Nevertheless, Yehoshua was as orthodox Rabbi
Shmuley Boteach writes in his best seller, “Kosher Jesus” a patriot and hero. Moreover, he did attempt to liberate
us through his teaching of brotherhood and his attack on the well documented hypocrisy of our leadership. As things turned
out, he died a martyr’s death on the cross. In his case he could have avoided death by crucifixion. He risked his life
for his people as no other person of his day had done, but his people did not love or admire him for this. Instead we mounted
a 2000 year campaign to expunge his memory from our lives. And when the savages of the world murdered and tortured us in his
name, our position toward him became enshrined in blood. BUT IF as he was dying, we considered that he lived and died to save
us from the destruction that Rome would mete out to us, our stony hearts may have experience humility. Only this humility
would have allowed us to reexamine our sinfulness and how God was reacting to us because of it. Such humility could have healed
us because it would make us see our sinfulness and the grave results we brought upon our selves and our nation. It is this
humility which is the first step toward repentance. Unfortunately, our leaders at that terrible hour retained their stony
hearts and arrogance prevailed over humility. The result was God’s punishment just as it was written in our Bible.
Today Israel and the Jewish people’s position are similarly in peril. It is a truly desperate hour. Our
staunch false friend, America, is now OPENLY sabotaging our existence. And our leaders - religious and civic - ARE BANKRUPT.
They bury their heads in the belief that America will still be our friend, but this is false. And they are such false leaders
that they don’t realize that GOD ALONE has been our staunch FRIEND, but we ignored HIM !!! They don’t get
fired, they won’t quit, they can’t blush.
In the name of the Holy God of Avraham, Yitzhack and Ya’akov,
you are all fired !!! Go away and stop plundering God’s flock. Let the sheep know you are bankrupt. Let them know you
do not truly want the Moshiach to come because he will not just fire you all, he will put you all on trial !!!
And
you remaining good men and women of Israel better stop what you’re doing and consider that the timer on the explosive
above us is unmercifully ticking away with no one trying to defuse it !!! So listen to me and consider what I have been telling
you for the past few years because no one else is offering you a better alternative. The reason is simple. There isn’t
another alternative. Too much certitude ?? Well it is the only way to present the truth. Go and do what I say and you have
the best chance of engaging God’s miraculous blessings and turning this global anti-Israel scheme into a great victory
for the nation of Israel - and ultimately the entire world.
