What are the legal borders of the land of Israel ?
The answer is a "no brainer", but rabbinic Judaism is the fly in the honey pot. Although the rabbinic commentary
on the relevant Torah passages regard Genesis as a factual historical deed to the land of Israel, the rabbis, orthodox and
less stringently compliant Jews, with rare exception, do not apply the Torah as the deed from God to the Jews.
The Jews exist in a state of apology for remaining alive. It is as if they consider
themselves a living fossil which should have gone extinct 1000 years or more ago.
The Torah is an actual historical document, a social contract which includes a deed to the land of Israel.
It was transmitted to Moshe (Moses) by God in the Sinai Desert during the Exodus and the 40 years of camping in the wilderness.
That the Jews forgot to apply it in their daily lives is the fault of the people and their past and present quasi leaders.
These leaders without vision, without heart and without courage have filled the people with a cornucopia of junk which they
claim is Torah. But if the people complied with the Torah, they would be in the land of their forefathers living in peace,
good health and prosperity. They wouldn't be scratching their fat bellies at the myriad conferences and gala events wondering
what to do to obtain security, legitimacy and the fidelity of their children to the nation's mission and destiny as declared
by GOD.
It is interesting that the intelligentsia of the entire world is fiendishly stripping the Nation State
if Israel of its legitimacy. The most integrated and hospitable state on earth is calumnied by the so - called
educated of the planet. The only state which brought blacks to its shores as free and equal citizens - not slaves - is
called an apartheid state by America's dumbest former president and the world accepts this as gospel.
A few months ago a conference of 300 bishops from Islamic countries met at a synod - or rather sin and nod
- and proclaimed that Israel is not allowed to use the Bible to assert her legitmacy.
It's amazing, but not near as amazing as the impotence - emotional, intellectual and military impotence
of the Jewish people. What an embarrassment we are to our Creator. The Creator brought the fastest horse in the world to the
Kentucky Derby and the Jewish jockey hobbles the horse with his junk religion which more contradicts the written Torah
than complies with it.
Anyway, if there are any altruistic lawyers ( is this an oxymoron ? ) out there, it is time to join in with Israel's
advocates and predicate the legitimization of Israel, her military action and her true borders by applying the written Torah.
